Connected Murihiku Governance Toolkit

Strategic Planning

Strategic planning is essential for not-for-profits. A Board or governance group’s primary role is to develop and oversee the organisation's strategic plan. This plan establishes priorities, purpose, and direction to guide activities and decision-making. In smaller organisations, governance members often also implement these plans.
